It was revealed that Quake Champions was originally considered as an expansion to Quake Live, a revamped version of Quake III Arena released in 2010. The beta is scheduled to take place during the weekend of April 6th – 9th.
Some lucky players have managed to get themselves a Quake Champions beta code, but for everyone that missed out the biggest question right now is the Quake Champions release date for US and UK.
Right now, nobody knows this information as sadly Bethesda nor ID Softworks have given out this information yet.
Since the beta is now available as of April 2017 we are hoping that the game will be available this Summer but if not we can’t see it pushing into a 2018 release.
With links to previous games such as Quake Live, there is a lot of promise for Quake Champions and so far only PC has been confirmed as platforms.

Quake Champions Beta Release Date New World
Quake Champions was one of Bethesda’s bigger surprises during their E3 Showcase in 2016. Debuting the new classically styled shooter was a big surprise aside from the speculation that had run rampant, as usual, before the show. We got to go hands-on with the game at PAX East and came away impressed, and a recent gameplay video showed off a very nice new map. Now we have the Quake Champions Closed Beta release date of April 6th, letting players know when they’ll finally be able to try the game for themselves.
We previously talked about the Quake Champions Closed Beta when it was initially announced. There we laid out how to sign up for the upcoming demo, which simply requires players to click here and enter some basic info. There’s no word on how many players will be allowed into the beta sessions, so there is definitely no guarantee that you’ll get in.
Quake Champions is taking the fast paced and frenetic gameplay of classic shooters and melding it with the class-based gameplay that we’ve seen from more modern games. Players choose from a selection of available Champions, each with their own special ability in combat. This isn’t Overwatch though, and these choices aren’t as integral to the team coordination, at least if our demo was anything to go by.

Class based shooters like Overwatch are facing off against classic shooters like Doom and Quake, with Call of Duty and Battlefield still delivering on their more standard offerings.
